Salmon and Avocado Madeleines



  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Combine the eggs and crème fraîche.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder.
  4. Melt the butter over low heat.
  5. Pour the hot butter into the mixture.
  6. Add the milk and stir.
  7. Chop the salmon and avocado into small pieces.
  8. Add to the mixture.
  9. Add the dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Place the 8 madeleine mold on a perforated baking tray.
  11. Fill the mold ¾ of the way.
  12. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
  13. Serve hot or cold.
