Red Velvet cake



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
  2. Beat the eggs with the granulated sugar, then stir in the melted butter.
  3. Add the liquid vanilla extract and milk.
  4. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder a little bit at a time. Finally, add the food coloring.
  5. Place the Flexipan heart mold on a perforated baking tray, pour the batter in, and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool fully before unmolding onto a cake platter.
  7. Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar and frost the cake.
  8. Cover it with fresh raspberries all over and dust powdered sugar on top before serving.
