Molten Chocolate and Peanut Butter Hearts



  1. At least 2 hours before starting preparation, fill 6 compartments of an ice cube tray with peanut butter and place in the freezer.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  4. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with the sugar until the mixture turns pale.
  5. Then fold in the flour and carefully mix it using a spatula.
  6. Lastly, pour in the melted chocolate and combine well.
  7. Place the Flexipan 6 rounded heart mold on a perforated baking tray and fill the indents 1/3 of the way.
  8. Place a peanut butter ice cube in the middle of each heart and fill 3/4 of the way with the chocolate batter.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Wait 5 minutes before serving.
